His quote was extremely fair, and he showed up to install when promised. He also worked with my electrician and coordinated the job so it went smoothly. The unit is amazing and so quiet. Adrian from DeMarco is like the super handy cousin you always wished you had. He’s friendly, prompt, clear, and trustworthy. I discovered a gas leak in the middle of winter when my husband wasn’t around to help me, and after several phone calls to incredibly unhelpful other companies, I found DeMarco, who came to my house at 6 am so I could get to work on time. Adrian fixed the leak, explained to me how my ancient water heater works and how to better manage it, and even fixed a second issue I didn’t know about. I couldn’t recommend him more :)
